i enjoyed the gym and several restaurants. i also appreciated the convenient location. the private pool outside my balcony was used regularly. it was a very nice amenity worth the extra cost.

i found the hotel was hard to navigate with my room being high up. it was quite a walk if i did not use the shuttle. i needed to have good walking stamina or rely on the shuttle which was sometimes infrequent.

my room included a comfortable king size bed and a seating area by the window. the bathroom featured premium toiletries and soft towels. i also found a well stocked minibar upon my arrival and a great view from the balcony.

staff provided prompt service and were consistently polite. the front desk handled requests quickly and efficiently. the shuttle service around the resort was reliable and helpful and i appreciated the team making every effort to deliver a good experience.

The shuttle service was very useful, especially around the large resort. Daily options at the breakfast and dinner buffets were many and varied (the chef clearly puts their heart into it!). The pools were very clean too, I didn't spot a single leaf.

The drinks felt expensive. Paying 4.50 euros for a liter of water in a glass bottle seemed excessive. a small beer cost 6 euros, and I felt the spirits were weak for the price.

The staff greeted us with amazing kindness and were always ready with a ride to our room. Upon departure, a helpful call came at 10 AM offering assistance with our suitcases. An unexpected room upgrade gave us a room with a private pool and enhanced our vacation a lot. I really appreciated the early breakfast prepared for us when we needed to leave before the usual breakfast hours. This was such a thoughtful gesture.

I noticed that the drink prices felt high. A liter of water cost 4.50 euros and a small beer was 6 euros.
